General information

• Security deposit: When contracting the service you must complete the payment of $50 to cover the security deposit. This deposit may be refundable when you wish to cancel the contract. GBS Group may use this deposit to cover any additional expenses incurred during or after the cancellation period.
• Cancellation Fee: All of our plans incur a $50 cancellation fee, this fee is used to receive and hold your correspondence for 60 days after service has been cancelled. May be deductible from the security deposit.
• Reactivation Fee: If you decide to cancel your contract, you may reactivate your account upon payment of a $99 fee to cover processing costs. With the payment of this rate you will also be able to keep the same mailbox number that you had previously.

Glossary of terms

• Price: Refers to the monthly or annual price that you must pay for the subscription to a specific plan. Annual prices offer a 5% discount when compared to monthly options.
  
  
• Allowed companies: Refers to the limit of companies that can be contracted for each plan. Regular plans allow us to receive correspondence for 1 company. In case you want to hire this service for a second company, you must be moved to the plus plans. These plus plans scale according to the number of companies for which you have contracted the service. The premium plus plan allows you to have 4 companies under this service, and if you need more, you can add additional companies for $50/month/company.
  
  
• Recipients: Refers to the total number of people or companies through which we can receive correspondence according to the plan you have contracted. Please note that the companies will be considered the main recipients, and then you can add other people as directors or managers of the companies.
  
  For the basic plan you will notice that it only accepts 1 recipient, this allowed recipient will be your company, if you want us to receive correspondence on your behalf or from other people you can add additional recipients for $5/month/recipient or upgrade to a plan that allows more recipients.
  
  For example, the Essential plan allows you to have 5 containers, 1 of which will be your company, which will allow you to add an additional 4 containers at no additional cost.
  
  
• Mail dimensions: It refers to the maximum dimensions of the packages and correspondence that we can receive. These current dimensions are: 4 7/8" x 11¾" x 5". Any piece of mail that exceeds these dimensions will be subject to additional handling charges.
  
  
• Incoming mail: The total number of pieces of mail that we can receive for your recipients during a period of 1 month without incurring any additional cost. If the number of pieces of mail received exceeds your plan limit, you will be charged an additional fee for each piece over the limit
  
  
• Envelope picture: Once we receive the correspondence in our offices, we will proceed to take a photo of the front of the envelope or package where you can see information about the sender and recipient of said correspondence. This photo is included in all plans and you will not incur any additional cost for this action.
  
  
• Shred: You can ask us to discard your correspondence in case it is not of interest to you or you do not want us to keep it in our offices to avoid storage costs. This service has no additional cost and is included in all plans.
  
  
• Scans: If you receive correspondence that you want to see in more detail, you can ask us to scan it. Once we have opened the correspondence and scanned it, you can access it through the correspondence management platform. This action has an additional cost that varies according to the plan you hire. We recommend that you only scan correspondence that you are interested in seeing in detail. The scan can include documents with multiple pages.
  
  
• Expedited Scan: Similar to regular scanning, this ensures that we will scan your mail as quickly as possible by giving it priority, for a higher cost. Please note that scans requested for the same day must be received by 12 PM ET. Any action received after this time will be processed the following day.
  
  
• Mail storage: Once we have received your mail, we will proceed to take a photo of the envelope and store it until you tell us what you want to do with it. This storage of correspondence will be free for 1 month, counting from the moment the correspondence was received. After the first month, a fee of $1.5/month/piece will apply.
  
  To avoid this storage fee, you must request that we discard the correspondence, send it to your preferred address or pick it up directly at our offices.
  
  
• Forwarding addresses: You may have one (1) default address where we will send your correspondence if you request it. You will have the option to add additional addresses to send correspondence to different places. Each additional address has a monthly cost that varies depending on the plan you have contracted.
  
  
• Check deposit: This is an add-on that you can hire for your plans, which allows GBS Group to deposit checks for you directly in your bank. This service has a limit of 1 deposit per month, and each deposit can contain up to 5 checks.
