We explain in detail how to access the mail management platform
Step 1: Log into our Client Portal
To access the mail handling platform you must log in to the GBS Group Customer Portal with your credentials (email and password), or by using Google or Microsoft login.

Step 2: Navigation
Once you have logged in to our Client Portal, you must display the main menu and navigate to the "Virtual Address Service" category. When you display this category, you can click on the address you have contracted (Florida or Texas) and you will be redirected to the mail handling platform.
Or click on the buttons directly on the main page of our client portal.
It is possible that this option is not available when you access our client portal, we are currently in the process of migrating to a new platform, once the migration is complete all our clients will have access to this platform.
