We answer your questions about GBS Group's virtual address service.

  • What plans do you offer?


    We currently offer 6 different plans, each with their respective costs and limitations, starting at $20/month. You can see all our plans at this link.
  • What does this service include?

    Our service is a subscription that includes the reception, management and notification of incoming correspondence from your company.

    You will have access to our portal where you can indicate the action you wish to take for each piece of correspondence: Scan, discard or send by postal mail (shipping costs will be quoted separately).
  • Why is a Virtual Address Service necessary?

    When incorporating a company in the US, it is necessary to have an address listed in the US, there you will receive important correspondence from your business (official IRS letter with the EIN, bank cards, etc.)
  • In which states offer the service?

    The addresses you can use are those of our offices in:
      • Florida: 3350 SW 148 Ave. Suite 120, Miramar, FL. 33027
      • Texas: 13501 Katy Freeway, Suite 1533, Houston, TX. 77079
      It is also possible to register your company in a state other than these mentioned and maintain the postal address (mailing address) of your company in one of our offices in Florida and Texas. Contact our team if this is your case.
  • Can I receive all types of correspondence?

    We can receive and handle all types of mail and parcels for you, as long as the dimensions of the package do not exceed 4 7/8" x 11¾" x 5".

    If the package exceeds these measures, you must notify GBS Group that we will be receiving a package with measures greater than those allowed, and there will be an additional charge for the handling and shipping of this package. In case you do not notify GBS Group, the package will be returned.
  • What are the payment methods?

    The monthly subscription you can pay for the service exclusively by credit card. If you opt for an annual subscription you can pay for it by credit card or bank transfer (ACH).
  • How do I access the platform to handle correspondence?

    Once you have purchased the service you can access our customer portal at the following link: client.gbsgroup.net, in the menu on the left you must click on the address associated with your business (Florida or Texas), and you will be automatically redirected to the correspondence management platform
  • How does the process of receipt and notification of correspondence works?

    GBS Group will receive the correspondence in your name and will proceed to scan the front of the envelope in which it can be identified that the correspondence is addressed to you or your company and who is the sender of the same.

    You will immediately receive a notification in your email indicating that you have new correspondence and that you must take action on it. (Scan, Mail, Pickup, or Drop)
  • I'm having trouble accessing my virtual address account, what do I do?


    In case you have forgotten your password to access our client portal (client.gbsgroup.net), you can reset it by entering your email address and clicking "Forgot Password?".
    You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to set a new password.

  • What is form 1583?

    Form 1583 must be completed as part of the contracting process for this service. It is a format from the United States Post Office (USPS) that authorizes us to receive, open and handle your mail.

    This form must be signed by you and notarized in the United States, and will be submitted to the USPS for approval. Our team will be able to advise you with any questions you may have in this process.
  • Can I have the virtual address as the address of my Registered Agent?

    If, however, the virtual address service is different from the registered agent, therefore you must ensure that you contract both services
  • How do I proceed if I already have a Virtual Address service but want to add an additional company or recipient?

    You can add additional recipients (individuals) at no additional cost up to what is allowed by the contracted plan. If you exceed the number of recipients on your plan, you can add them for an additional $5/month for each person you add.

    If you wish to add an additional company, you must opt ​​for one of our plus plans. In the following link you will find more details about them 

  • What happens if the correspondence exceeds the limit of my plan?

    You will be charged an additional fee for each additional mailing that exceeds your plan limit. Learn more about the plans we offer in the following link

  • How can I cancel the Virtual Address service?

    You can cancel the service by contacting us at email: corprecords@gbsgroup.net. You must take into account that a cancellation fee of $50 will apply, this fee is used to receive and maintain your correspondence for 60 days once the service has been canceled. It may be deductible from the security deposit in case you have one.

  • What happens if my payment method is declined?

    You will have 4 collection attempts during a 30 day period, if payment is not received after the last collection attempt, you will lose access to your account and will not be able to view/manage your correspondence.
