Processing of tax extensions

  1. We are processing tax extensions for clients who have contracted our services before 2 PM on April 18, Miami time.
  2. For clients who have previously filed their tax returns with us, we are processing your tax extensions automatically.
  3. Companies that used our company formation services will be automatically extended.

Most people will receive an automatic email confirmation once their extensions are submitted. If you meet the conditions mentioned above and you don't receive an automatic email confirmation, don't worry. Our team will review your case and send you an individual confirmation after April 18.

Important information about tax extensions and payments


Remember that the tax extension is only for the filing of the forms and not for the payment of taxes. Payment penalties apply after April 18 in most cases.
